Please read these terms carefully before accessing Premium resources.

Trademark

"Ms. Terry's Threefold™" is a trademark of Terry Mitchell-Morgan, LLC. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of this name or its associated teachings without prior written consent from Terry Mitchell-Morgan, LLC is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality

The existence and terms of Premium resources, the Materials, plans relating to the Workshops and the business of Terry Mitchell-Morgan, LLC and any other business information, including all materials containing said information, which are supplied by Terry Mitchell-Morgan, LLC is the confidential information ("Confidential Information") of Terry Mitchell-Morgan, LLC. Account holder agrees to use the Confidential Information only in furtherance of its obligations under the Premium resources and that except as authorized in writing by Terry Mitchell-Morgan, LLC, will preserve and protect the confidentiality of all Confidential Information, and return or destroy any such information immediately upon Terry Mitchell-Morgan, LLC request at any time.

Term and Termination

The Premium resources shall be effective as of the Effective Date of account activation and shall continue until otherwise terminated (the "Term"). Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon seven (7) days' prior written notice to the other party. Upon termination for any reason, or at any other time upon Terry Mitchell-Morgan, LLC request, the account holder shall immediately cease use of all Materials and promptly destroy all such Materials and certify to such destruction.

Disclaimer; Waiver; Indemnification

Terry Mitchell-Morgan, LLC makes no representations or warranties and disclaims all such representations or warranties relating to the Workshop and Materials (including intellectual property ownership and infringement) and/or the results obtained in connection with the Workshop. Account holder agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Terry Mitchell-Morgan, LLC from and against all claims arising out of the account holder's acts or omissions.
